Housekeeping questions

What admin and facility heads usually ask us before they start.

Something else on your mind? Ask Nikhil on +91 84466 62799

What do your housekeeping staff do?

Dusting, sweeping and wet mopping, washroom upkeep, glass and fixture cleaning, and machine scrubbing where the floor needs it, across workstations, cabins, washrooms, pantries, lobbies and stairwells. The exact checklist is agreed for your site.

Who supplies the cleaning materials and machines?

We agree that with you before the start date, and it’s part of the quote. Tell us what your site already has, and we’ll plan around it.

Can cleaning happen before office hours or on weekends?

Tell us your hours and days. We plan shifts around how your site runs, and we’ll say honestly if a pattern is hard to staff.

What happens if an attendant doesn't turn up?

Under the Rayat Standard, absent staff are replaced within 24 hours, and any day we can’t cover comes off your bill.

Do you do one-time deep cleaning?

Our focus is regular housekeeping staff for your site. If you need a one-time clean, ask Nikhil and he’ll tell you honestly whether we can take it on.

Are your attendants in uniform?

Yes. Rayat attendants work in uniform on site, as you can see in the photos on this page.

Let’s talk about your floors.

Floors, rough area, working hours and who uses the space. That’s enough for Nikhil to start.
