Rayat (Marathi): the people
From an old word shared by Marathi, Hindi and Persian for the common people: the tillers, the workers, the ones whose hands build and keep things running. It has always meant the people, never the office.
Why we’re called Rayat
In Marathi, rayat means the people: the ones who actually do the work.
In facility services, that’s the attendant at your door at 6:30 and the technician who resets a tripped breaker before your town hall. A contract is only as good as the people on site, so we built the company around them.
Wages go out on time, by bank transfer. Nobody is deployed without training. Supervisors know every attendant by name. When the people are looked after, your building is too.

Every facility vendor promises reliability. We write ours into the contract, so you can hold us to them.

- 1.Absent staff replaced within 24 hours.
Any day we can’t cover comes off your bill.
- 2.Wages paid before the 7th, by bank transfer.
At or above Maharashtra’s notified minimum wage, every month.
- 3.A supervisor on site every week.
The checklist gets signed off with you, not filed away.
- 4.A compliance file with every invoice.
Attendance, wage register, PF and ESIC challans. Check it before you pay us.
- 5.30 days’ notice to exit.
No lock-in period.
