Do you do electrical work?
Routine fixes such as lights and fittings, yes. New wiring, panel work and anything that needs a licence stays with a licensed electrical contractor.
Do you service lifts, fire systems or air conditioners?
No. These are specialist or regulated systems and stay with licensed contractors. We’ll tell you straight away if a job needs one.
Can a technician be based at our site?
Tell us how much routine work your site has, and we’ll talk through whether a technician on site or regular visits makes more sense.
Who pays for parts and materials?
We agree how parts and materials are handled before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Can we combine maintenance with housekeeping?
