Rayat doesn’t provide security guards or security services. If your site has a security agency, we plan our schedules around theirs.
Regulated and specialist systems
Lifts, fire systems, electrical panel work and similar jobs stay with licensed contractors. Our technicians handle the routine fixes.

Can I take more than one service from Rayat?
Yes. You can combine any of the four services. You’ll still have one number to call, one supervisor visiting your site and one compliance file with each invoice.
Which parts of Pune do you cover?
We work across Pune from our base in Nanded City. If your site is outside Pune, ask anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it well.
How is the cost worked out?
It depends on the roles, how many people the work needs, the shifts and days you run, and who supplies consumables and equipment. We talk it through so the number makes sense to you before you decide.
Are your staff covered by PF and ESIC?
Where PF and ESIC apply, the challans come in the compliance file with every invoice, along with attendance records and the wage register.
Do you provide security guards?
No. Rayat doesn’t provide security guards or security services. If your site already has a security agency, we can plan our schedules around theirs.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the roles and how many people you need. We’ll tell you honestly what’s feasible and agree a start date before anyone is deployed.
