Who will I be speaking to?
Nikhil Dhawade, who owns and runs Rayat Services. He’s your first call for a new site, from the first conversation to the start date.
Do you work outside Pune?
Our base is in Nanded City and our teams work across Pune. If your site is outside Pune, ask anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it well.
Can you start at short notice?
It depends on the roles and how many people you need. We’ll tell you honestly what’s feasible and agree a start date before anyone is deployed.
Can I see the service terms before signing?
Yes. Every agreement includes the Rayat Standard, five promises we sign. Ask Nikhil for the full terms and we’ll go through every line with you before anything is signed.
Do you provide security guards?
No. Rayat doesn’t provide security guards or security services. If your site already has a security agency, we can plan our schedules around theirs.
Is my brief sent anywhere when I use the builder?
No. The builder works in your browser and nothing is saved or sent from the page. You choose whether to send the brief on WhatsApp or copy it.
